Florint Members’ Congress
International Florist Organization schedules a Members’ Congress for our national member organizations and other sector associates generally every one or two years. The Congress functions as an important regular get-together, allowing us to meet face-to-face to catch up, address the vital issues facing the industry, and exchange views and relevant expertise.
Potential dates for International Florist Organisation Florint’s 2018 Member’s Congress are currently being evaluated. Please check back with us later, or sign up for our newsletter to be notified once we know more!
Florint Members’ Congress 2016 & 2017
Florint turned 60 in 2016, which called for a celebration! So we celebrated our diamond anniversary with a big florist congress and gala dinner at the NH hotel and its monumental Koepelkerk venue in Amsterdam: a fantastic and memorable event.
No Member’s Congress was scheduled in 2017, but an informal get-together took place around Eurofleurs, the European Young Florist Championship, in Sint Truiden, Belgium.
Florint Members’ Congress 2015
We concluded our 2015 Members’ Congress in Rotterdam at the end of November. Parts of the conference took place at the FloraHolland Trade Fair and the IFTF trade fair, but the main activities were organized at Rotterdam’s Hilton Hotel. In retrospect, it was a highly successful get-together in a very positive atmosphere, with a lot of very substantive issues being discussed.
You can read all the details of our 2015 Members’ Congress, as well as see some photos from the event, in the press release we sent out afterwards. Please click here to open it in a new browser window.
Florint Members’ Congress 2014
The successful second Florint Members’ Congress was held from Friday 26 to Sunday 28 September of 2014 along with our General Assembly in Brussels, Belgium. The aim of this Members’ Congress was for all segments of the flower and plant sector to get together and communicate with each other – with a focus on the florist. In order to do this, we organized various opportunities to network and discuss with growers, wholesalers, transmission companies, and other essential elements of the floriculture chain.
