FLORINT General Assembly

FLORINT is an European Economical Interest Group (EEIG), thus has a form of democracy in which the members have the final vote on various important matters. The most important ones are:

At least once a year a General Assembly is held, in which the approval of the accounts of the preceding financial year as well as the budget for the coming financial year will be discussed. This yearly assembly takes place at a date set by the Assembly of the year before, usually in the second half of the year (September / October). In all years when there is a European competition the Assembly will be combined with this competition at the same place and country on a connecting date.

Special assemblies can be held, when compelled by the circumstances. An assembly must be revoked by the Board of Directors when at least a number of members equal to a one third of the last yearly list of members or a majority of the directors think it necessary.

Next General Assembly: where and when is yet to be decided.
