During the 2009 FLORINT General Assembly, it was decided to accept the very strong and appealing proposal of the Czech Association to organize the Europa Cup in September 2011 in the city of Havirov. That has turned out to be an excellent decision, as the organizers did a fantastic job resulting in an incredibly memorable Europa Cup for all of the involved parties.
